With reference to my letter of the 12th
November addressed to the Honourable The Harbour
Master, as per copy enclosed, I have the honour to inform you that if my request is granted, I would undertake to prohibit the S/S "Wing Lee" and S/S "Lima" from taking passengers or landing passengers in this Colony.
I would ask you to kindly consider the
matter favourably and to use your offices to see
